INRATIOS RESEARCH

Research

Two research programs. One recurring interest: hidden structure.

INRATIOS investigates hidden structure from two different directions. Research Program I focuses on how complex systems are interpreted. Research Program II focuses on how digital systems represent geometric structure.

THE RESEARCH PROGRAMS

Interpretation and representation.

01

STRUCTURAL THINKING

Research Program I

Structural Thinking explores what changes when context, relations and coherence are made explicit before interpretation or intervention. RST provides the developing relational foundation. CIP focuses on coherence, limits and the legitimacy of interpretation.

02

DIGITAL GEOMETRY

Research Program II

Digital Geometry investigates alternative geometric representations for digital systems. GRM explores relational representation. GIE explores geometric integrity and how structural relationships may be preserved, assessed or lost.

03

ONE RECURRING QUESTION

Different directions, shared question

Structural Thinking focuses on interpretation. Digital Geometry focuses on representation. Both programs ask what becomes visible when relationships that usually remain implicit are made explicit.

04

BOUNDARIES MATTER

Research discipline

INRATIOS research is developing. Concepts, implementations and empirical claims are not treated as equally mature. Where validation is incomplete, uncertainty and limitations remain part of the public description rather than being hidden behind stronger claims.

RESEARCH STATUS

Research Program I and Research Program II are active INRATIOS research programs. Individual concepts and systems can have different maturity, evidence and validation status.
