INRATIOS develops and publishes research, theoretical frameworks, analytical systems, software tools and informational material. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, INRATIOS content and analytical outputs are provided for research, informational and exploratory purposes.
They do not constitute financial or investment advice, legal advice, medical advice, tax advice, or any guarantee of a particular outcome. Users remain responsible for decisions made on the basis of information obtained through INRATIOS.
Certain INRATIOS materials may describe developing theories, research hypotheses, experimental systems or analytical methodologies. Their status should be interpreted according to the status stated with the relevant research or product. A research hypothesis, model or experimental result should not be interpreted as established scientific fact unless explicitly identified as such. Analytical tools should not be interpreted beyond the claims supported by their documented methodology.
Some INRATIOS products or services may require payment, a licence, account activation, installation credentials or acceptance of separate product-specific terms. Access may be limited in duration, scope, number of users or permitted use as stated in the applicable licence or agreement.
Where a product or service is purchased directly from INRATIOS, applicable prices and payment conditions will be communicated before purchase. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice or agreement. Digital products may be delivered electronically. Services will be performed in accordance with the applicable proposal, agreement or confirmation. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Where the customer is a consumer, statutory rights under applicable consumer law remain applicable. For digital content or digital services supplied before expiry of a statutory withdrawal period, any loss of the right of withdrawal will only apply where the legal requirements for doing so have been met. For professional or business customers, cancellation conditions may be specified in the applicable agreement or product terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights in INRATIOS materials remain with INRATIOS or the relevant rights holder. This may include website content, research material, theoretical frameworks, models, methodologies, software, source code, documentation, graphics, trademarks and brand assets. The availability of material on the website does not by itself grant permission to reproduce, modify, redistribute, commercialise or incorporate that material into another product. Certain materials may be made available under a separate open, Creative Commons or software licence. Where this occurs, the licence accompanying that specific material governs its use.
Unless separate terms provide otherwise, visitors may view publicly available website content, quote limited portions where permitted by law and with appropriate attribution, and use publicly available information for personal informational purposes. Users may not commercially exploit protected INRATIOS material, represent INRATIOS research or output as their own, remove copyright or attribution notices, circumvent access or licensing restrictions, or use INRATIOS systems unlawfully.
INRATIOS may change, update, suspend or discontinue website content, research material, experimental systems or digital services. INRATIOS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or any experimental or research service.
INRATIOS aims to provide information carefully, but research, software and analytical systems may contain limitations, uncertainties or errors. Except where otherwise required by law, no guarantee is given that website content, research outputs, software or analytical results will be complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for a specific purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, INRATIOS is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on informational, research or analytical content where that content was used outside its stated scope or limitations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The INRATIOS website may refer or link to third-party websites, platforms, data providers or services. INRATIOS is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate INRATIOS Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the INRATIOS Cookie Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
INRATIOS may update these Terms when services, legal obligations or business activities change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
