This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the INRATIOS website, direct communications and services for which personal information is required. Product-specific privacy information may apply where a particular INRATIOS product or service processes additional categories of personal data.

Depending on how you interact with INRATIOS, we may process your name, email address, information you provide when contacting INRATIOS, invoicing and administrative information where a paid service is provided, account or platform identifiers where required for a particular product, and technical information generated through normal website operation such as IP address, browser information, device information, access time and server log information.

INRATIOS does not intentionally collect more personal data than is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Personal data may be processed to respond to questions or requests, provide access to products or services, administer licences or customer relationships, issue and maintain invoices and financial records, operate and secure the website, comply with legal obligations, and monitor the technical visibility of the website in search engines.

Depending on the activity, processing may be based on performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and business, or consent where consent is specifically requested. Consent may be withdrawn at any time where processing is based on consent.

The INRATIOS website is hosted by STRATO GmbH. In normal website operation, STRATO may process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information and server log data in order to deliver, maintain and secure the website. STRATO states that data processing for its hosting services takes place in data centres in Germany and that visitor IP addresses in server logs may be retained for a limited period for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Where required under Article 28 GDPR, INRATIOS maintains an appropriate data-processing agreement with its hosting provider.

INRATIOS may use Google Search Console and Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor search visibility, indexing, search performance and technical website issues. These services are used for website administration and search-engine performance monitoring, not as behavioural advertising systems. Their use is also subject to the privacy terms of the respective providers.

INRATIOS does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking technologies such as advertising pixels. Technical or functional cookies may be used where necessary for the normal operation, security or administration of the website, including WordPress functionality.

If additional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly.

INRATIOS does not sell personal data. Personal data may be shared only where necessary with hosting and technical service providers, providers required for a specific product or service, professional advisers where reasonably necessary, or public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

The primary hosting environment used by INRATIOS is located within the European Union. Some external service providers, including Google or Microsoft, may process information through international infrastructure. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards must be used by the relevant provider.

INRATIOS retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law. Correspondence is generally retained for up to two years after the last substantive contact unless continued retention is necessary. Financial and accounting records are retained for the legally required period. Technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably required for security, troubleshooting and website administration.

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate personal data, request deletion, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, receive certain personal data in a portable format, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

The Dutch supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Requests can be sent to privacy@inratios.com. INRATIOS will respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law.

INRATIOS does not use personal data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.

INRATIOS takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when INRATIOS services, technical infrastructure or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
