Version: September 2026
These Digital Product Terms apply to INRATIOS digital products and analytical tools unless separate product-specific terms state otherwise.
← Legal & PoliciesThese terms apply to digital software, analytical tools, downloadable files, licensed applications and other digital products supplied by INRATIOS. Where product-specific licence terms exist, those terms take precedence for that product.
INRATIOS digital products may support research, analysis, interpretation, visualisation or structured reasoning. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not constitute financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice and do not guarantee a particular outcome.
Unless product-specific terms provide otherwise, access is granted under a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. Access does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, source code, models, methods, research, documentation or other intellectual property.
Users may use a product within the scope of the licence or agreement under which access was granted. Redistribution, resale, unauthorised public sharing, circumvention of licensing restrictions, unauthorised commercial exploitation, or representation of INRATIOS material as the user's own is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
Digital products may be supplied through download, local installation, licence activation, account access or another electronic delivery method. Delivery and activation conditions may differ by product and will be stated in the applicable offer, order confirmation or product-specific terms.
Where payment is required, applicable prices, payment terms and licence duration will be communicated before purchase. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice or agreement.
Where a purchaser is a consumer, statutory consumer rights remain applicable. Where digital content or a digital service is supplied before expiry of a statutory withdrawal period, any loss of the right of withdrawal will apply only where the legal requirements for doing so have been met.
Digital products may be updated, changed or discontinued. Technical requirements, supported environments and update policies may differ by product. INRATIOS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation where availability depends on third-party infrastructure, operating systems, data providers or other external services.
Users are responsible for operating a product within its documented purpose, limitations and applicable law. Outputs should be interpreted only within the methodology and scope described for the relevant product. Decisions based on product output remain the responsibility of the user.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. Product documentation, software, models, methods and associated materials may be subject to copyright, contractual licence conditions and other applicable rights. A separate open or research licence applies only where explicitly stated.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, INRATIOS is not liable for loss resulting from use outside the documented scope, misuse of a product, or reliance on analytical output as a guarantee or recommendation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Certain products may require additional licence terms relating to installation, licence duration, renewal, permitted users, local or server deployment, data sources, verification, product status or other product-specific conditions. Those terms form part of the agreement for the relevant product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
