1. Privacy Policy
1.1 Purpose
This Privacy Policy explains how Inratios collects, stores, and processes your personal data when you request access to our products, services, or website.
1.2 Data We Collect
We may collect:
- Name and email address
- TradingView username (for product access)
- Payment and invoicing details
- Communication history (emails, messages)
- Technical information (IP address, browser type, device type)
1.3 How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Process access requests for our products
- Send invoices and process payments
- Communicate with you about your access, license, or inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting)
1.4 Legal Basis
Processing is based on:
- Contract performance (providing the product or service you request)
- Legal obligations (record keeping, invoicing)
- Consent (if you opt in to newsletters or additional communication)
1.5 Data Retention
- Access and licensing records: up to 5 years after last interaction
- Payment records: minimum 7 years (EU tax law)
- Communication records: up to 2 years after last contact
1.6 Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it only with:
- Service providers (e.g., TradingView, payment processors, hosting)
- Legal authorities if required by law

2. Terms & Conditions
2.1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, and interactions offered by Inratios, unless a specific product license (e.g., Terms of Access for digital charting products) states otherwise.
2.2 Nature of Services
Inratios provides analytical models, digital tools, and educational content.
No service constitutes investment advice, legal advice, or any form of guaranteed outcome.
2.3 Payment & Delivery
- For on-request products, payment is made via invoice.
- Access is granted only after full payment has been received.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Digital products are delivered electronically (e.g., TradingView invite, download link).
- Physical or consultancy services, if offered, are delivered as agreed in writing.
2.4 Cancellations & Refunds
- Digital products: No refunds once access has been granted.
- Services: Cancellation terms will be stated in the specific agreement.
2.5 Intellectual Property
All Inratios content is protected by copyright.
Unless otherwise stated, materials are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) and may not be used commercially without written permission.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
Inratios is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
Liability is limited to the lesser of USD $500 or the amount paid.
2.7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
- Disputes resolved in the competent court of Limburg, Netherlands, unless binding arbitration is chosen.
- Class action waiver applies.
