The Momentum Rotation Model (“MRM”) is provided strictly as an educational and analytical tool for market analysis.
It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

By using MRM or any related materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes.
MRM is not registered as a financial advisor or broker-dealer under the laws of the Netherlands, the United States, or any other jurisdiction.
No representation is made that MRM is free from error or will guarantee profits.

2. Licensing and Usage Rights

Access to MRM is granted under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the model, its logic, or any associated materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Inratios.
Unless otherwise specified, MRM and its associated documentation are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Under this license, you are free to:
1. Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
2. Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material.
Conditions:
- Attribution (BY) — You must give appropriate credit to M.C.M. van Kroonenburgh / Inratios.
- NonCommercial (NC) — You may not use the material for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
- ShareAlike (SA) — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license.

3. No Returns – Digital Product Policy

MRM is a digital product. By requesting or purchasing access, you agree to:

Immediate delivery of the product.
Waiving any right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
No refunds once access has been granted.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The creator(s) of MRM, Inratios, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of trading capital
- Missed opportunities
- Data loss
Liability, if determined by a competent court or arbitrator, is strictly limited to the lesser of USD $500 or the total amount paid for the license.

5. Eligibility to Use MRM

You must be 18 years or older to access or use MRM.
If you act on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have full legal authority to enter into agreements on its behalf.
By requesting access, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where offering this type of tool is prohibited.

6. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

This agreement and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
The competent court of Limburg, the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the arbitration clause below applies.
Binding Arbitration (optional): Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in the Netherlands under Dutch law, in the English language, with a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the applicable rules of arbitration.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective, or representative proceeding.
